- Please note: an admission rate to the gardens of $5.00 per person will be added to the rental cost of the glasshouse or if access to the garden is desired.
- Evening rental of the glasshouse may require an extra security cost
- The glasshouse is equipped with a white board but please note that it cannot be blacked out and that audio-visual equipment is not viable.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking- we will not reserve the rooms without it. Note: Prices DO NOT include HST.
- Arrangements for refreshments must be made in advance with Nourish Café 250-588-2405 or nourishinbox{at}@gmail.com.
- No group is allowed access to the kitchen- no exceptions. By prior arrangement only, they may use the student room facilities if there is no conflict with the college or any other group.
Full payment is required at the time of booking - we will not reserve the rooms without it.
